Refund Policy

J. Diamonds & Co. will gladly accept return or exchange any item purchased from us providing it is in new condition within 30 days of the purchase date and is not a custom order. Any jewelry that has been altered or worn is not eligible for return or exchange since it is no longer new. This includes rings that have been sized and/ or worn. The original receipt must accompany all returns. Any jewelry purchased on a credit card will be returned on the same card. Returns will only be issued to the original purchaser. All boxes and instructions must be included with all items.

Custom Orders

If you need custom order please fill out our order form that is located under the "More" tab and click Custom Orders. When placing a custom order please allow 24 - 72 hours for us to respond.

Please note there is a $75 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your order. If you cancel your custom order you will not be refunded for your deposit. When your order is ready for shipment we will send you a link to pay for your order before it is shipped.  

All custom orders are usually completed within 7 business days.
