Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at J. Diamonds & Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed 2-3 business days after purchase and is shipped within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Return & Exchange Policy
J. Diamonds & Co. will gladly accept for return for a full refund or exchange any item purchased from us with the exclusion of select items. Any jewelry that has been altered or damaged is not eligible for return or exchange since it is no longer new. This includes items that have been custom made.
Any and all custom orders are NOT eligible for REFUNDS. Please ensure that all custom monograms, engravings and custom designed rings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants and earrings are exactly what you are ordering before purchase since there aren't any refunds.
Any jewelry purchased on a credit card will be returned on the same card. Returns will only be issued to the original purchaser. All boxes and instructions must be included with all items. Any items that have been damaged during shipping can be exchanged for another item only.
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

Items that more than 30 days and have elapsed from date of purchase. (This applies to both Damaged/Defective and Unwanted items).

Items without a receipt or proof of purchase.

Or any custom items that include rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, pendants or charms.
